In mid-May 2023, Michael Anthony, chef partner of Union Square Tokyo and star chef garnering attention from across the United States, visited Japan. To commemorate this occasion, we held a two-night dinner event offering a special course created by Michael himself. The restaurant was fully booked and the atmosphere was lively from start to finish. All of the dishes served were well received, but we have decided to sell three of the most popular dishes. All of them are gorgeously presented and colorful, making the most of the natural flavors of the ingredients. We hope that many people will be able to try the flavors of this talented chef who continues to receive high praise in the highly competitive New York city.
