After moving to Tokyo from Fukuoka at the age of 20, he began his culinary journey at La Rochelle in Shibuya. He joined Wonder Table in 1998 and, after serving as the head chef of their Italian restaurant, became the founding head chef of Union Square Tokyo in 2007. In September 2015, he took on the role of head chef at Terres de Truffes Tokyo. He returned to Union Square Tokyo as the head chef in 2018, and in 2023, he was promoted to executive chef for the entire Wonder Table group. His ambition is to bring the allure of New York cuisine to Tokyo and create a restaurant that remains beloved by all. passion for becoming a chef, he moved to Tokyo at 19. After gaining experience at various Italian restaurants within the company, he joined Wonder Table at 22 in 1999. In April 2023, he was appointed head chef of Union Square Tokyo. His goal is to create an exceptionally comfortable dining experience.

Daiki Nakagawa

Daiki Nakagawa

Manager

Starting his career as a bartender in Aoyama in 2006, he joined Union Square Tokyo at Wonder Table in 2008, gaining experience as a service manager and sommelier. He later managed Obicà Mozzarella Bar's Yokohama and Roppongi Hills locations. In April 2023, he was appointed manager of Union Square Tokyo. With a profound understanding of the New York flagship’s 30-year legacy, he aims to create a fine dining experience in Tokyo that epitomizes true hospitality.
