Yoshifumi Matsuda

After moving to Tokyo from Fukuoka at the age of 20, he began his culinary journey at La Rochelle in Shibuya. He joined Wonder Table in 1998 and, after serving as the head chef of their Italian restaurant, became the founding head chef of Union Square Tokyo in 2007. In September 2015, he took on the role of head chef at Terres de Truffes Tokyo. He returned to Union Square Tokyo as the head chef in 2018, and in 2023, he was promoted to executive chef for the entire Wonder Table group. His ambition is to bring the allure of New York cuisine to Tokyo and create a restaurant that remains beloved by all.
