For two days only, on Thursday, November 27th and Friday, November 28th, 2025, we will be offering a special course to celebrate the traditional American event, Thanksgiving Day.
This is a seasonal course that allows you to enjoy the flavors of autumn to your heart's content with seasonal ingredients.
"Shimanto Turkey" raised in the natural environment of Shimanto
The main dish features Shimanto turkey, raised in the Onomi district of Nakatosa Town, Kochi Prefecture. Surrounded by the clear waters and abundant nature of the Shimanto River headwaters, the turkeys are carefully raised in a stress-free environment, fed a diet containing locally grown rice and vegetables. The meat is tender, moist, and juicy. The apple gravy brings out the umami, and the sweet and sour cranberry relish adds a touch of depth and variety to the dish.
