Mr. Kurosu selected as a finalist in the company's new menu competition, "Wondertable K-1 Grand Prix"
Wondertable, the company that operates Union Square Tokyo, held a new menu competition with the theme "Develop a new specialty that guests will remember" to create a new signature dish for the brand.
All kitchen staff members entered the competition, and over a period of six months, they developed concepts and prototypes. Four finalists who successfully passed the rigorous judging presented their dishes on stage.
Mr. Kurosu of Union Square Tokyo was selected as a finalist!
